GMC Sonoma

This was a salvage, it ran...kinda... We took off the good parts, & hauled the rest away.

The Dodge Dakota 4wd

Another salvage vehicle... Nice looking little pickup, however the trans went out on it & since the engine was also knocking badly, we parted it out as it had a brand new radiator, alternator, battery, nice rims & tires, etc. no rust!!! Poor little truck...
The remains went to metal recycling...

Here's the 1995 F150 - 4wd

This is the pickup I bought for son Erik, however, he's decided that "It's too big".....

He reallllly wants a 3/4T Dodge extended cab 4wd............

Thus...this one will be going up for sale when the weather clears up...

The 1T high top van...

This was taken the day we brought it to the farm to part out.
It's a diesel cargo van with steel divider door inside.

A Really *BIG* Ouch!!!

This is one salvage vehicle that didn't have much to salvage off of it. Most everything got hauled off to the metal recycling yard.

1956 Jeep Project

Here's Katie, working on taking the rims off of it...
They're currently for sale on Craigslist...

Leather seats.....

A gentleman over near Jeff City, MO., purchased the leather interior out of this caddy, to put into a project he is working on...a 1962 Cadillac. I've seen photos of some of his restorations, OMG, he does *Beautiful* work!

Cutting up the Caddy...

The Caddy...

This was in the "parting it out" phase...

Aaaaaand...here's the 2002 Buick Century...

Beautiful inside & out... Dirty in the photo after it's ride home on the trailer. The former owner lived on some dirt/mud roads,
This should be a relatively quick repair, then up for sale.

Here's the 1994 Audi.

Gorgeous car, equally nice interior. It will be up for sale after it's repaired.

Last evening...

We were snug, cozy, & decided to bake cookies. Here's our Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Cookies. Usually we put dates in as well, but didn't have any handy. That's ok, they were still good! Son Erik downed several right away!

About that blue on blue van

It's a 1989 Ford Econoline 1/2T, with a fuel injected 302. Has new engine (2K), very good tires, & ready to go camping!
$1,800 or make an offer!
Yep, it runs & rides GREAT! We drove it back & forth for a week to test it out, love it!

That's a little frig behind the driver's seat.

We also sell previously loved vehicles! :)

This one came in, we bought it for resale. Sad story... The man who owned it had retired, was in the process of redoing this van, it has an engine with only 2K miles on it, he had a major stroke, & can no longer drive.
It's beautiful inside!

Wipers!

This Mercedes came in for tires...
The headlights each have a tiny wiper & washer spray! Gave me a good chuckle that day!

This was our "torch car"...

It rolled over the scales... Lovely paint job came with it... Sadly, it croaked finally...so it got mashed & dropped into the big trailer...

The previous torch car was a little Geo Tracker... It ran... Kinda... Had no glass in it, which was good for the bottles in the back end...will find a pic of it sometime.

After this minivan went...we now use an old Explorer...you can hear it coming from quite a distance, the rods are knocking so badly! LOL

Hmmm, they came for a tire.....

Perhaps they'll get a rear window next...

There's Brent & Erik...

They've been clearing a place for that engine to be lowered down.

Here's why!

We've taken over the Parts division of a large scrap yard / metal recycling place in southern IL. We help out & poke around all over tho. It's great fun! Here's Erik surveying some parts.

Wow! It's been ages!

We've been so busy, we're worn out after a long day! Here's my Lady, little Zoe, & Erik on the sofa, relaxing. I'll have to try & catch up on here a bit!
